Requirements
What can you expect:
team management (approx. 5 people), quality control of subordinates' work, consultation of accounting and tax cases from practice (help with accounting for complex/non-standard situations), close cooperation with the company's CEO
communication with state institutions (participation in audits)
preparation of project budgets and control of their spending
cooperation with project managers
financial reporting and reporting of implemented projects
participation in financial planning
investment decision making
managing the financial agenda entrusted to you by agreement with the CEO
What do we expect:
experience in project financial management and accounting of a medium-sized company
professional knowledge of accounting and tax laws
critical and logical thinking, analytical skills and attention to detail
excellent communication and organisational skills
proactive approach in seeking optimization of existing processes
strategic thinking
knowledge of working with accounting software
proficiency in MS Office
university degree in economics, finance and accounting
good knowledge of English language in both written and verbal form (min. B2)
