Requirements

What can you expect:

  • team management (approx. 5 people), quality control of subordinates' work, consultation of accounting and tax cases from practice (help with accounting for complex/non-standard situations), close cooperation with the company's CEO

  • communication with state institutions (participation in audits)

  • preparation of project budgets and control of their spending

  • cooperation with project managers

  • financial reporting and reporting of implemented projects

  • participation in financial planning

  • investment decision making

  • managing the financial agenda entrusted to you by agreement with the CEO


What do we expect:

  • experience in project financial management and accounting of a medium-sized company

  • professional knowledge of accounting and tax laws

  • critical and logical thinking, analytical skills and attention to detail

  • excellent communication and organisational skills

  • proactive approach in seeking optimization of existing processes

  • strategic thinking

  • knowledge of working with accounting software

  • proficiency in MS Office

  • university degree in economics, finance and accounting

  • good knowledge of English language in both written and verbal form (min. B2)
